Ten years of documented Culinary training in a wide range of restaurants, catering, contract, and clubs prior to first privately owned venture.

Former owner/partner, Christopher Martins Restaurant, New Haven, CT.
Opened in 1985. Although no longer involved in this venture, Christopher Martins still thrives as a cornerstone of the New Haven/Yale University area.

Former owner, Chef Martin Inc. Chef Martin Restaurant, Branford, CT.
Upscale dining venture specializing in a wide menu array. Predominantly sauté and grill, this restaurant was a fine success known for its innovative approach to food and flavors. Chef Martin received much praise from critics as far away as the New York Times.

Former owner, Chef Martin Inc. Roni’s Restaurant, Branford, CT.
Roni’s was designed and developed in response to the recession of the early 1990’s. It featured an upscale fresh pasta-based menu with broad appeal. Far from the typical Italian pasta restaurant, it featured creative and innovative pasta-based options in unique and delicious applications.
